Any elite Camera operator needs to have a command of the multitude of capture technology and techniques that can be found on any production from reality to features. Unfortunately, these apparatuses are not always available for inexperienced operators to learn and seasoned operators to practice. That’s exactly what this intensive workshop is designed to do. Operators of varying skill levels and experience will receive the opportunity to go hands-on with cranes, dollies, handheld cameras, gear heads, and more. In addition, during the workshop, the instructors will be including camera department communication skills. These skills will help operators communicate with the dolly grip and AC.
With a focus on female operators, each attendee will have one-on-one time with seasoned instructors that carry notable credits and a wealth of knowledge. Participants with limited exposure will receive hands-on experience and instruction in proper set up and technique, while those with more experience will have access to instructors knowledge of tips, tricks, and advanced techniques.
