Speed Mentoring Los Angeles

Join the Society of Camera Operators for Speed Mentoring—a unique opportunity to connect one-on-one with veteran camera operators. Whether you’re curious about perfecting your shot, navigating set dynamics, or building a successful career behind the lens, this is your chance to ask the questions that matter most. Gain valuable insight, insider tips, and real-world advice from experienced professionals who’ve seen it all.
Attendees will be spilt into small mentee groups for focused mentor rotations. To close out the event, we’ll gather for a Member Mix Up— casual networking with hosted light refreshments. Come ready with your questions.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another individual.
- The replacement attendee must provide the name of the original registrant upon arrival.
- It is the responsibility of the original registrant to communicate all event details (date, time, location, etc.) to the replacement attendee.
- The SOC office will not update registration records or contact the replacement on your behalf.
